Paella is made with Arborio Rice, which is Gluten Free and can be made with either a seafood stock or vegetable stock.


Paella can be cooked anywhere, no kitchen required.


We offer all of our Salads and Paella for a Catered sit down Service as well.

Cheese Plate- Selection of International Cheeses, Walnuts & Dried Fruit


Lamb Kabob- Ground Lamb, Moroccan Spices & Cucumber Yogurt Sauce


Mushroom Bruschetta- Sautéed Mushroom & Manchego Cheese Bruschetta


Olives - Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Gambas Skewers- Whole Sautéed Prawns in Olive Oil and Garlic


Mediterranean Mezze Platter- Marinated Grilled Vegetables, Roasted Garlic Hummus, served with Herbed Flat Bread.


Caesar Salad -Creamy Caesar Dressing with Parmesan and Croutons on Crispy Romaine.


Arugula Salad – Dried Fig, Crispy Pancetta, Arugula Salad with Feta & Almonds


Seafood Paella- Spanish Saffron Rice with Artichoke Hearts, Peas, Scallops, Shrimp and Calamari


Vegan Paella – Spanish Saffron Rice made with Artichoke Hearts, Peas, and Seasonal Vegetables.
